Dunmow Triathlon Club was formed in 2007 to provide a supportive training environment for members and help promote triathlon locally.

We currently have around 45 members www.pocketoption.in. The club aims to help members achieve their aims whether they are beginners or experienced triathletes.

Achievements during 2010 include:

• Six new members completed their first triathlon
• Winning team at the National Middle Distance pocket option broker Relay Championship 2010
  (half ironman distance)
• Successfully holding the Dunmow Triathlon for the second time and the first Hatfield Forrest Duathlon, both of which sold out with long waiting lists

Brainwave are a charity that works with underdeveloped children of all ages to support and improve their rate of development. To raise much need funds Dunmow Tri member Adam French is part of team undertaking to kayak in pairs across almost the entire width of the Country, approximately 230 miles from Bristol to Bishop’s Stortford in no more than 4 days.
